We provide a private, paid assistance service consisting of: reviewing personal data and supporting documents, detecting errors or inconsistencies, and guiding you through the process of submitting your own request to Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM) or New Zealand Passports. We are not a government agency and do not issue, process, or guarantee the approval of any certificate or passport. The certificate or passport is requested and submitted by the user directly to the relevant New Zealand authority, who makes the final decision and issues the document.
Our service fee is separate from, and in addition to, any government fee charged by BDM or New Zealand Passports. Current fees are published on our Fees & Processing Times page. Payment is due at the time you engage our service, as detailed at the point of contact.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documentation. We are not responsible for delays, rejections or errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
We do not control, and cannot guarantee, the decisions, processing times, or outcomes determined by BDM, New Zealand Passports, or any other New Zealand authority. Our service is limited to reviewing and preparing your request to the best of our ability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOV PAPERS SL's liability arising from the use of this website or our services is limited to the amount of our service fee paid by you. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is the property of GOV PAPERS SL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our prior written consent.
